Wash and cut potatoes and cauliflower into small pieces.

Heat oil in pan. And add asafoetida and chopped tomatoes in it, then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli

Add salt and Fry it for 5- 10 minutes.

Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Then add potato and cauliflower and cook it well on medium to low flame.

Garnish with green leafy coriander leaves, sabzi is ready to serve
