Add onions,salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder & 2 tbsp besan in a bowl.Make a thick paste of it with water.

Heat oil in a karahi & put 1 tsp of paste & make pakoras out of it with doing the same with all the paste.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in other karahi & add jeera,when aroma smells,add onions & ginger garlic paste.

Meanwhile, put curd in a big bowl & add a tbsp of besan init.Mix well with water.

Now pour this in the cooked onions & all the masalas. stirr constantly.

Cook till it becomes thick,now add pakoras & coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice
