1 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
Watwr for knead

Mix maida salt suagr and oil well then add water and make a dough

Now make paira

Now take a paira and roll a small roti. Apply ghee on it.

Now fold roti in square shape shown in pics
5

Take a sqaure paira and roll it into sqaure
6

Fry pararha on tawa and tadaa parathy are rwady to serve
