Initially i don't too like beetroot because it does not taste sweet and am a sugar fan, lols. And doctor ask me to be taking beetroot juice i was like ah how can i start taking it, when i checked Cookpad app I saw a lot of beetroot recipes that contains some sweet fruits, when i try it i so much like the outcomes.
