1onion finely chopped
2tomato finely chopped
2 tspginger garlic paste
As neededCoriander leaves

1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspGaram masala

Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds add onion, ginger,garlic paste cook it till them soft.

Now add tomato after 2 min add all spices mix it well.

Now add all veggies mix it well.

Cook it till them soft add coriander leaves.
