Sig's Tomato and Broccoli Soup

This is an easy recipe that you can get your young adults to do. It also has a lot of goodness. I normally use Orzo, a pasta that looks like rice, but here I have used a fun mini stars pasta. #myfavouriterecipes #MysteryBag2 #Tomato #broccoli

Clean the broccoli if you are using fresh. Cut of small heads, set aside. Bring the soup to a light boil.
- 3
Add broccoli and pasta to the boiling liquid, cook for about 7-8 minutes. Season the soup with your chosen herbs, pepper, wild or dried garlic. If you want sweeten with sugar. Turn down heat to simmer. Dont let the broccoli become discoloured and slushy.
