Rinse the daal which was kept for soaking all night. Grind soaked daal in grinder with 1 or 2 service spoon water to make a thick batter and place it in a big bowl. Add 1/4 spoon salt,cumin seeds in it. Mix it for 5-10 min with spoon

Heat oil in a pan and fry all bhalla. Add all bhalla in normal water as they fry.

Take an another pan and add jaggery, 1 glass water and tamarind. Boil it for 10-15 minutes. Add some salt and Red chilli powder in chutni.

To serve add bhalla in a bowl and add curd,chutni, sprinkle salt,red chilli powder, jeera powder on bhalla.
