Steps

Warm 2 glasses of milk
Mix 3 spoons of readymade custard powder
In cold milk mix nicely - 2
Now pour this into the boiling milk
Keep stirring to avoid lumps
Add sugar as per hour taste - 3
Take thandai powder in a small bowl. Mix with 2 spoons of milk. Just like a paste

Add this paste to the boiling custard and give a nice stir

When you get a smooth and thick consistency of custard switch off the gas
Let it cool completely

Garnish with dry fruits of your choice. I have used slivered pistachios and almonds.

Decorate with fresh rose petals

Once cold, cover the custard with cling film, in direct contact with the surface, and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before use.

Eggless custard is ready to be enjoyed Serve in a bowl or short glasses.
