Suji toast
Steps

Chop vegetables- onion, tomatoes, capsicum
- 2
Take half cup of suji
Mix with 2 tablespoons of curd (add more if the paste isn't smooth)
Add the vegetables to the paste - 3
Add black pepper, salt, chilli flakes, mix well
Spread the mixture on a bread slice
Heat a non stick pan and grease it with oil
Cook with the side covered with the mixture first
Then crisp cook the other side
Enjoy with ketchup and cold coffee. #mydeliciousplates
