Quick "store cupboard" Chaat (Indian salad)

This is a nice spicy filling snack you can have as an interesting lunch. Possibly ideal for anyone in self isolation.
We didn't have bread in the house so I boiled some potatoes to turn into a lunch of some kind.

Simply grab a bowl of a suitable size for 1 (or several if making for more people)

Layer up chopped up potatoes with a few tablespoons of yoghurt, a drizzle of chilli sauce, and brown sauce. Then top with a spoonful of chopped onions and tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of Bombay mix.

Note: this recipe is adaptable, so adjust quantities to suit your taste.

Additional ingredients: you can also include chopped Cucumber, fresh coriander, lemon or lime juice, tinned chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, and even fresh green chillies if you like the heat, a drop of mint sauce... You can mix and match chilli sauces
