  • Potatoes
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes,wash and then boil. Sieve the water and put in a bow.

    Blend pepper and slice onion. Mash cooked potatoes and add blended pepper and sliced onion.

    Add seasonings and mix. Mould into small balls and dip in whisked egg. Fry in hot oil.

    Remove when golden. And then serve.
