Ingredients

  1. as required Yogurt (made from 1 liter full cream milk)
  2. As per taste powdered sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  4. 5 teaspoonsdry fruits (Cashew nuts, pistachios, raisins, crunchy fruity)
  5. For garnishing-
  6. as required Dry fruits & crunchy fruitti

Cooking Instructions

    First, to make the yogurt dough, remove it in a cotton cloth and keep it for 8-10 hours. So that the excess water gets drained out.

    After 8-10 hours your mask will be ready. Then take it in a bowl and add the powder sugar, cardamom powder and mix it.

    Now add cashew nuts, almond, pistachio slices, raisins, crunchy fruity and mix it very well.

    So our dry fruits Shrikhand is ready.
