Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoaked Rice
  • 1 cupor as per your taste buds Sugar
  • pinchOrange or yellow food colour
  • pinchCardamom powder
  • halfcup Oil or ghee
  • halfteaspoon Kerwa water or rose water
  • Asharfiyaan(dried jelly yellow green and red)
  • halfcup Khoya(make with dry milk powder)
  • halfcup Nuts(almonds pistachios raisins) or as per your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a pan add water to boil your rice add soaked rice in boiling water add yellow colour and cardamom powder boil rice properly strain it keep aside when rice done

  2. 2

    In other pan add water1 water and sugar make a syrup keep asiside

  3. 3

    Other pot add ghee then add nuts fry well now add half rice then pour sugar syrup then add asharfiyaan(dried jelly) again add rice then pour sugar syrup.

  4. 4

    Keep stove in low flame then it's done.

  5. 5

    Now take out rice in serving dish add khoya lots of nuts abd enjoy garma garam zarda😊
