Ingredients

2medium sized potato(boiled and cut into pieces
1/2 cupcurd(preferably yogurt)
1small onion chopped in slices
to tasteSalt
1 tablespoonmustard sauce
Oregano, chilli flakes, pepper powder as per your taste
1 teaspoonsugar

Mix potato,onion,and keep aside

In a pan add hung curd or yogurt, mustard sauce, chilli flakes, oregano,pepper powder and salt and mix it well.

Now add potatoes and mix well and you are ready to eat yumicious potato salad.
