Wash and dry wheat in d sun

After it dry u grind to fine flour and seive it

Bring water to boil.add 2 cups of d wheat flour and make a paste which will serve as ur talge

Add it to d boiling water andstir until a thick consistency is achieved.allow to simmer for 10mins.

Add d remaining flour to thicken d talge, continue to stir until a thick consistency is achieved without lumps.leave to simmer for 20 mins or until it is cooked on low flame

Tuwon alkama is done can b taken with any soup of ur choice
