Ingredients

  • forManchurian-
  • 1/2 cupRice flour
  • 4 tbspCorn flour
  • 1 tbspChilli powder
  • 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbspPepper
  • 1/2 tbspSoy Sauce
  • As per taste Salt
  • 250 gmsCauliflower(cut to small pieces)
  • ForManchurian Sauce-
  • 1onion (Chopped to Medium size)
  • 10 pieces Garlic (Finely Chopped)
  • 1Capsicum (cut to medium size pieces)
  • 3Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspChilli Sauce
  • 1 tbspTomato Sauce
  • As required Oil
  • As per taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add water, pinch of turmeric powder, Salt. Let it boil. Now add the cut cauliflower florets. Once cooked drain the water.

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients under Batter to a bowl with water. Make sure the consistency is like dosa batter.

  3. 3

    To the batter add the cauliflower florets and mix them. The florets should be coated well with the batter.Fry them in oil.

  4. 4

    Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and once heated up add the sliced garlic and fry it to golden brown. Now add the onions, green chillies,capsicum and salt and saute for few minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Soy sauce, chilli Sauce and tomato sauce to the mixture.

  6. 6

    Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour with water. Add the slurry to the pan and the fried cauliflower and mix them well.
