Ingredients

20 minutes
  • Gramflour 200gms
  • 50 gmsRice flour
  • 2 teaspoonAjwin
  • pinchHong
  • pinchTurmaric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Water as required

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add ajwin and water sock in 10 minutes and filter. Take ajwin water aside.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add gram and rice flour, Hong, turmaric powder, salt and ajwin water make a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Take a sev machine put the dough inside and closed the top portion.

  4. 4

    Heat a pan, put the oil and rotate the sev machine oneside is cooked and turn to the other side. The bubble is stopped take out.

  5. 5

    The same oil put the curry leaves fry and add to the sev.
