Use only the tender part of the fiddlehead fern. Blanch fiddlehead ferns in boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse in cool running tap water and drain and place it on serving dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredient and adjusting salt, lime juice and sugar to taste. Mix well. Ready to be served!
