Garlic honey chilli potato

Peel off potatoes and cut in lengthwise. Dip the potatoes in water.

Take a pan,add potatoes, 4 cup water and 2 tsp salt.Lets it boil then turn the flame low. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Strain it. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour.

Add 1/2 tsp salt,water as per required to make thick paste, add garlic ginger paste. Mix well.

Heat oil for deep fryingin kadhai on medium flame. Dip the par boiled potatoes in the paste and fry it in hot oil till crispy.

Refry the potatoes for one minutes on high flame. Turn off the flame.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onion, green chillies, 1 tsp salt.Saute for a minute on medium flame.Add 2 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp tomato ketup,1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 cup water. Mix well.

Add cornflour mixture, mix well. Cook it for one minute on medium flame.Turn off the flame.

Add 1tbsp honey, fried potatoes. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Garlic honey chilli potato is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!and
