Set oven to 425° with rack in center

Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl add slowly while mixing until have a mixture with the consistency of corn meal

Add egg and milk until no flower shows. If the dough is too dry or stiff add more milk until until it is slightly gooey.

Knead 15 times gently on a floured surface.

Cut in half and form each half into a round

Cut round into 8 peices

Place peices on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown
