1Beef Burger Grilled
1 tblssliced onion
3 slicesCheese
1 tspSriracha sauce
Some Spinach
Some iceberg crisp lettuce
1tomato finely Sliced
5 slicesJalapeno
1 tblsSourCream
Black pepper

Beef burger, add black pepper on both sides then add to the Grill.add the insides of the brioch bun to toast. Cook the beef burger on medium heat. Turn over a couple of times.

Slice the cheese onion spinach and iceberg lettuce also tomatoes. Take the bun off the grill and add the bottom bun to s sernig plate.

Next add the spinach then the cheese and onion. Next add the tomatoes.

Then add the beef burger on top of the tomatoes. Next the iceberg lettuce

Add the Sriracha sauce to the inside of the top bun then the Sour cream add on top of the pile then add the top add the jalapenoes on the sourcream. Serve while Hot

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
