Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 500 gbeef meat
  • 6potatoes sliced into 4 slices
  • 500 gmplain yoghurt
  • 8onions
  • 4tomatoes blended one diced
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoonTomato paste
  • 2tablespoonGaram masala
  • 1/4 teaspoonChillies powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1tablespoonCurry powder
  • 1 teaspoonMixed spices
  • 1 teaspoonCardamom
  • 1 teaspoonmint leaves
  • Egg yellow colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice in water for thirty minutes before cooking

  2. 2

    Boil the meat until tender while frying the onions until they are golden brown

  3. 3

    In a pan put some little onions.add garlic and ginger paste,tomatoes let them cook for some few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the spices let them cook and add the meat mix it up.Add the potatoes and water mix them up..Add the plain yoghurt and cover it up for 45 mins.lower the heat and let it cook

  5. 5

    In a different pan add 4 cups of water,salt and oil let it boil then add the rice.As the rice is almost getting ready pour the egg yellow solution
