Heat oil and ghee in a vessel. Add the onions and cook till pinkish in colour.

Add the salt, pepper, haldi, ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Mix well. Cook for a few minutes till the raw smell of ginger and garlic goes away.

Break and add the eggs. Fluff them up with a fork or spoon. Cook stirring constantly over a medium flame till the eggs take a scrambled eggs texture. Garnish with coriander(optional). Enjoy!
