Ingredients

  • 2 cupschicken keema/minced
  • 1 tablespoononion paste
  • 2 tablespoonsginger garlic paste
  • 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonsbeaten egg
  • 2 tablespoonsbread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoontomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoonsoya sauce
  • 1 teaspoonmayonnaise
  • as requiredRefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients together. Store it in the fridge for 2 hours and shallow fry each side in refined oil in simmer gas mode till both sides turn brown. Serve.
