Carrot Jam

#rainbowweek5 Everyone has a predilection towards JAM and JAM is one of the best options to satisfy your savoury tooth cravings. Though the most JAM available in the market contain high proportion of essence and food colour. Moreover, generally the JAM available are fruit JAMs but today I have tried preparing a JAM made from vegetables which is carrot JAM. To increase the sweetness I have used dates which completes the JAM. Also, there are no preservatives or sugar added in the JAM.
