It's a simple Gujarati traditional dish which is made off Fenugreek leaves and different kind of flour.

In a bowl, take wheat flour, rice flour and sorghum flour. Add ginger chilli paste, salt turmeric, curd. Mix it well and add water. Crumble a little flour by hand.

Now take the oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated, pour the mixture inside. Then mix in the oil. Now cover it and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes. Now, open the lid and saute. Allow to open for 5-10 minutes. Serve it with chhash, pickles, Khichu papdi and sorghum rotla.
