Ingredients

  1. 1 boxmushrooms
  2. 1onion
  3. 5teeth of garlic
  4. 1leek
  5. Vegetable broth
  6. 1celery
  7. 5carrots
  8. 5potatoes
  9. 1 boxkale
  10. Sweet paprika, nut Meg, black pepper
  11. 4burgers or vegan meat
  12. sweet cream, heavy (30%+)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat small chunks of mushrooms

  2. 2

    Add onion and sliced garlic

  3. 3

    Add sliced leek

  4. 4

    Add vegetable broth to cover all ingredients

  5. 5

    Add sliced celery, 5 sticks or so

  6. 6

    Add 5 carrots slices into cubes

  7. 7

    Add 5 potatoes slices into cubes

  8. 8

    Chop kale and add, make sure vegetable broth covers it all

  9. 9

    Can add paprika, nut Meg, black pepper

  10. 10

    Let it cook for a bit

  11. 11

    Grill on the side vegan burgers sliced to cubes. When ready, pan is roasted, use some water to "clean" the pan and add with the meat for flavor

    Mix it all together

  13. 13

    Add sweet cream and heat for another 10' or so

  14. 14

    Serve and enjoy
