Pistachio halwa

In a pan add butter and semolina and roast until golden brown. Add warm milk and cook until all milk is absorbed. Add sugar and cook until it forms a dough.
Turn off the gas and let it cool. - 2
In a food processor add pistachios and icing sugar and blitz it to fine paste. Add the halwa and blitz until all mixed.
Take a mould and shape or you can set it in a tray and cut in square or diamond shapes.
You can also add whipped fresh cream - 3
