Assemble the ingredients together.

Take flour, salt, Eno in a strainer and strain into a container to avoid lumps. Add sugar and curd to it.

Mix it gently. Avoid lumps. Add little water to it and mix again. Add water in small portions and get a dough slightly tighter than roti dough.

Knead this dough for 10 minutes.

Add oil and knead it again for 10 minutes. We get a smooth and soft dough after kneading it.

Take a steel container. Put a stand in it and heat on gas on medium flame. Grease a baking tray.

Divide the dough in six equal portions and roll it gently into smooth balls.

Put the baking tray in pre heated container. Place all the rolled dough balls in the baking tray.

Brush them with milk and cover the lid. Cook on medium flame for 25 minutes.

Remove them from the container. Brush with oil. Let them cool. Buns are ready to serve.
