Heat the cooking oil in pan.

Once oil becomes hot, sautè garlic and onion.

Put in pork then cook for 5 minutes or until colour turns medium-brown.

Pour in half of the pork broth. Let it boil and simmer until liquid totally evaporates.

Put in the cabbage. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the red bell pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute more.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put in remaining pork broth. Let it boil. Stir.

Transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve and enjoy!
