Chavli ki mix sabji
Steps

Chop boiled potatoes & tomatoes & keep it aside. Rinse chavli leaves thoroughly chop them & keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. let it crackle then add green chilli paste, asafoetida, turmeric powder & saute a little.

Then add potatoes & salt. Mix & saute for a min. Then add chavli leaves. Again mix & saute a little for 2-3min.

Now add garam masala, red chilli powder. Mix all. Saute it for a min. Then add water, coriander powder & tomatoes. Mix them & cover the lid for 3-5min. This sabji can be eaten with chapati bhakri & rice.
