  3. 1Scotch Bonnet Pepper (deseed and minced)

  7. 1 tablespoonGround thyme
  8. 1 tablespoonGround oregano
  9. 1 tablespoonGarlic powder
  10. 1 teaspoonChile powder
  11. 1 teaspoonSmoked Paprika

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients and mix well

  2. 2

    Add the chicken wings and marinate for at least 30 mins

  3. 3

    Place on grill or oven (375 degrees) for 25 mins
