Steps

Add salt, kalonji seeds, oil to the fine flour and knead the dough

Heat the oil and add cumin, asafoetida, fenugreek, onion,ginger and green chillies and fry it

Fry by adding salt and all the spices

Then mashed the potatoes and mixed them

Now roll the dough with flour and close it by filling it with potato masala and fry it.

Served with curd sauce and tomato sauce.
