Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1/2 cupscoconut
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspcardamom powder
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Add water to the dry ingredients and form a stiff dough. Make small balls and flatten it.

    In a frying pan, apply little oil and under low flame cook the pol till it becomes light brown in colour
