Mackerel is a oily fish high in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Mackerel is very good for health because of it's omega oil contain. It is full of flavour.

Steps

Wash and clean the fish properly. Slit the fish horizontally from both the sides of the bones.

In a mixing bowl add ginger garlic paste coriander paste red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt add kokum juice and mix well.

Now stuff the fish with the green masala. Keep for marination for 10 to 15 min.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan.Dust the marinated fish from both the sides with jowar flour. (this is optional) if you don’t want to coat the fish with flour you can skip.

Fry the fish on medium flame from both the sides till golden brown.

Remove it from the pan and serve hot with some salad.
