Ingredients

  • 350 gself rising flour
  • 175 gsugar
  • 175 gmargarine
  • 1 tbspnpineapple essence
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix margarine and sugar, add eggs one by one

  2. 2

    Add essence then milk alternating with flour till well mixed

  3. 3

    Pour in a dusted baking tin and bake at 180 degrees till well baked

  4. 4

    Serve with any drink
