Ingredients

  • For nuggets
  • 3 slicesbread
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 500 gmchicken cubes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • For dry batter
  • 1/2 cuppurpose flour
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • For coating
  • 4 slicesbread crums
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1egg
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • For fry
  • Oil as required

Steps

    In bowl add shredded bread slices and milk, soak bread in milk and set aside

  2. 2

    In food chopper add chicken and chop it for 1_2 mints

  3. 3

    Add soaked bread, chop little more.

  4. 4

    Take out the mixture in a bowl and Add ginger paste, salt red chilli powder, black pepper, soya sauce and mix well and refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes

  5. 5

    Coating. Take a bowl add flour, salt, black pepper Mix and set aside

  6. 6

    In another bowl, take bread crums, add black pepper, salt mix and set aside

  7. 7

    In a separate bowl, take 1 egg, 1pinch salt, 1 pinch black pepper and whisk it and set aside

  8. 8

    Grease your hands with oil properly, take chicken mixture(as per desired size) and shape it

  9. 9

    Coat in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg then coat in bread crums

  10. 10

    Prepare all nuggets and refrigerate for 5 hours

  11. 11

    At this stage, you can freeze nuggets for up to 30 days. Whenever you need to fry them, take them out for 10 mint.

  12. 12

    Shallow or deep fry in medium to low flame until nice golden colour appear.

  13. 13

    Serve hot with ketchup.
