For dough: mix all the ingredients of dough section except milk and moin it. And knead dough with Lukewarm milk. Meanwhile cover the dough with samp cloth.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll it. Do not roll very thin. With the help of cookie cutter cut to the circle shape or any shape of your choice.

Now take a heavy bottomed wolk and heat enough oil to deep fry khaste. When oil is heated enough deep fry khaste on slow to medium flame till crisp and golden.

Store it in air tight container and serve it as required.. No need to refrigerate... Can b stored up to one month...
