I love the different textures and pops of flavour in this simple salad. The key to this dish is taking the time to finely dice the ingredients so that every mouthful has all of the components in it ❤️

Ingredients

1 tintuna, drained
1/2small eating apple, peeled and finely diced
1/4white onion, finely diced
1/2 stalkcelery, finely diced
1small gherkin/pickle, finely diced

Salt and pepper
1 tbsppumpkin seeds and pine nuts to garnish

Add all of your ingredients except for the garnish to a bowl and mix well.

Season to taste with salt and pepper then sprinkle with the seeds and pine nuts.
