Pinwheel samosa
Steps

For dough: take a mixing bowl and mix maida, oil, salt and ajwain and properly moin it. After that add water and knead smooth dough. Cover it with the samp cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing.

For stuffing: in a mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilli's, coriander leaves and peanut and all the spices except heeng and pachforan. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and heat it. After the oil is sufficiently heated add heeng and pachforan. Now add potato mixture and combine them properly. Remove from the flame. Keep aside.

Now take a small portion of a dough,dust it with the Maida and roll it through the rolling pin. Now spread the prepared aaloo stuffing uniformly. Spread some coriander leaves.

Roll thightly making sure that the stuffing is intact. Cut the roll into 1" Inch slice and flatten slightly.

Heat oil in a wolk and meanwhile Dip the pinwheel samosa into maida slurry and coat both sides. When the oil is sufficiently heated Deep fry pinwheel samosa till golden and crisp on low flame stirring occasionly Or bake it in preheated oven for 20 min at180'c

Serve with imli chutney.
