Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10Almonds boiled and peeled
  • 10Cashews
  • 1/2 cupgraded coconut
  • 1 tbsppoppy seeds, khaskhash
  • 1/2 cupyello chickpeas, peelay bhunay chanay
  • 2 cupsyogurt
  • 4green chillies
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2onions
  • 8button red chillies
  • 12curry leaves
  • Coriander fir garnishing
  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • 4boiled eggs
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a blender add yougurt, almonds, cashews, coconut, poppey seeds, green chillies, onions, chickpeas and blend it well.

  2. 2

    Heat oil add in ginger garlic paste and chicken fry well add curry leaves red button chillies and zeera and fry.

  3. 3

    Add blended mixture and some water and cook well untill chicken tender

  4. 4

    Garnish with boiled eggs and coriander.
