Cut beef into strips

Cook mushrooms, onions, and garlic in butter in skillet on medium heat. Stir until onions tender. Remove from skillet.

Cook beef in same skillet. Stir in 1 cup of broth, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins.

Stir rest of broth (1/2cp) into flour, stir into beef mixture. Add onion mixture, heat to boiling, stirring constantly for 1 min. Stir in sour cream and heat until hot. Serve over noodles.
