Take 14-15 medium sized malabar spinach leaves. Rinse them well and get them finely chopped.

Assemble all the ingredients such as boiled potato, gram flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam marsala powder and salt.

Now combine chopped malabar spinach and these ingredients together until fully incorporated and a paste like coarse mixture is formed.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis.

Heat a nonstick frying pan and sprinkle oil all over. Gently place the tikkis and shallow fry them from both sides until golden brown and crisp.

Remove them to a serving plate and serve hot with any kind of sauce or chutney.
