  • 3eggs
  • 2big tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and onions till brown.. Add tomatoes and the spices mentioned. Put in low heat and cover until soft

  2. 2

    Add the eggs one at a time and cover in low heat for 10 minutes or until the desired consistency of the yolk..

  3. 3

    Serve the shakshuka and garnish as desired
