Take a bowl. Break 2 eggs and add capsicum,green chillies and onion now add salt and red chilli powder. Beat the eggs and make omlette of it. Cut it into 4 pcs and keep aside.

Now take 4 slices of bread. Apply mayonnaise in two slice and in other two apply tomato sauce and schzewan chutney. Now grate cheese and spread it on mayonnaise bread.

Put two pcs of omelette in between two slices of bread and cover with other slice. Now put some.butter on top of the bread and some.butter in the pan. Now shallow fry it in pan from both sides. Cut it and enjoy
