In this Lockdown, with limited Ingredients made Restaurant style Honey Chilli Potatoes but with certain variations.No compromise to taste!!

To make potato sticks first of all peel Potatoes,Wash and Cut finger size potato sticks.Keep in water, Wash nicely to remove starch.strain all water.Now add 2 tsp rice flour and coat all potato sticks with it.

Heat oil in a wok on Medium flame, slide in coated potato sticks in it.deep fry till light golden brown.it will take 5-7 min on Medium flame.Take out Fried sticks in a Plate.Now heat oil on high flame, once again fry sticks till dark golden brown and crisp.Take out quickly.donot burn it.off the flame.

To make sauce,take a bowl.Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, red chilli flakes and chopped garlic.Mix all three well keep aside.In a pan Heat 2 tsp oil,add vertically sliced green chilli,Saute for a while.Add 1 tbsp white sesame seeds.Saute for 1 min.Add chopped onion and tomato.Keep stirring till onion and tomato become soft.

Add salt, black pepper powder and tomato red chilli flakes garlic sauce.Saute it for 2-3 secs. Add 1 tbsp water After one Boil,off the flame.Now add fried potato sticks and mix everything well.When it cools a little,add 1 tsp honey and mix well.

Serve the hot,spicy honey Chilli Potatoes.
