Ingredients

6to 8 servings
  • 1 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1/5 cupmint leaves
  • 1/2green chilies
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbsproasted chana/peanuts
  • 1 tbspjaggery powder
  • 1lemon juice/tamrind pulp
  • to tasteSalt

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Collect all the ingredients.

    Wash and chop coriander mint leaves chop onion and chilli add these in a mixture jar along with all other ingredients.

    Give a nice grind by adding little water first on low speed than high until gives a smooth texture
