Cooking Instructions

Boil meat with garlic/ginger paste and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a wok, add spices & cook, add meat and stir. Add onions and cook till translucent. Add capsicum and stir for 2mins. Serve hot with fries.

Ive had this 3 times now and love it , I cant wait to use a smoked butt from my other recipes and add it to this with the fries & other toppings. But the original recipe for a slow cooker is below. I think this with a smoked butt will be very good 😌. ( also a kid pleaser meal I take out what they dont like I have one who dont like the green onion what I think makes this dish even better, and one that don’t like sour cream, so I leave that stuff instead of putting it all over like you should and just plate it all separately to ppls likings .
