Soak overnight rice and dal then grinded in to paste then in a big bowl mix the batter with ingredients given above.

Then in s steamer boil the water and grease the plate and pour the batter with the baking soda

And steam for ten minutes the khaman is ready then in a pan add three spoon of oil with mustard green chilli and half cup of sugar water.

As the tadaka is ready put the tadka over the khaman and sprinkle. Coriander leaves it and serve hot in a plate with sauce or tea or juice

Crushed the apple with peel and add some sugar and lemon juice it is very tasty.
