2crushed elaichi
5 tbsppowdered sugar
2 tbspghee
4 tbspbalai
1 pinchsalt
1/2 cupoil

Add all ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix them well using your hand and prepare a hard dough.

Sprinkle Maida on counter top and flat the dough

Cut circles from it using cap or biscuit cutter
4

Add oil in a pan and fry it on low flame until golden brown
